REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return within 14 days if:

• Damaged on receipt
• Incorrect product delivered

2. Return Process

Contact us at info@asilisignaturesix.com with:

• Order number
• Photos of damage (if applicable)
• Reason for return

We will review and instruct on return shipping.

3. Refunds

Once returned and inspected:

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless damage was our fault).

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.

5. Exceptions

Custom orders, bespoke pieces, or items damaged after delivery are not returnable.
